The Tour
The tour is free and takes about a half an hour. It gives you a chance to thoroughly investigate the club and the ‘circuit’. When you come for a tour you will experience the unique atmosphere at Curves. It doesn’t look like a conventional gym. There are no mirrors, men or lycra! Instead you will see women chatting and laughing in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
On the tour we’ll establish your objectives, ask you some health questions, set some inspiring goals, do a figure analysis that includes a body fat measurement, let you have a go on the equipment, explain our programmes and answer any questions you might have.
The tour gives you a chance to evaluate Curves and there is no obligation to join.
